Issue 01- The First Transmission
An AllDaWayy100 Studio & Productions Archive Entry
Featuring [Adonis Faison]
Editor’s Note
Issue 01 begins with a quiet signal.
It’s the echo in the room after the beat stops.
The pause before the next idea.
The moment worth holding.
A transmission meant for whoever can feel it.
This zine captures creation as it happens— unfiltered, unfinished, and alive.
It’s the start of something that will grow in its own time.
Sit with it, and let it play.
Thanks for tuning in.

Artists comes first.
Stories comes first.
Truth comes first.
We move with intention.
We speak in frequency, not volume.
Every spark becomes a signal.
Every signal becomes a wave.
We are the wave.
Create boldly.
Move quietly.
Build relentlessly.
This is the first transmission.

Artist Spotlight
Building the foundation for his next release.
“I seen them fumble with frames, tryin to keep up they image”
Adonis Faison He writes in motion — verses shaped by late nights, long drives, and the weight of what he’s lived. His sound is equal parts shadow and spark, carrying the cadence out of Maryland and the clarity of someone who knows exactly where he’s headed. Nothing about him is accidental. Everything is earned.
Issue 01 holds a fragment of his signal.

interview - issue 01
A conversation inside the AllDaWayy100 universe.
Q: What’s it like being both the CEO and an artist - carrying the vision and creating inside it?
A: It’s definitely tension between the two the visionary in me wants precision and direction, while the artist needs freedom and vulnerability. when I'm CEO I'm basically the author the one who see the future, we’re steering towards, the one who sees the culture we’re building, the systems that keep everyone aligned. As the artist I become the main character, no longer the architect, someone who’s thinking about the pulse, the emotion, the moment. It’s kind of funny too though because like artist me has to report to staff who then has to report to CEO me about me lol.
Q: Who influenced your sound and who influenced you outside of music? (Or, what inspires you that might surprise people?
A: Definitely Shoutout to the ones that helped shaped my career Tobi lou, Blxst, Kazi, Travis Scott, Masen West, Bryson Tiller and Aboogie. The ones outside of music are Michael B Jordan, Kelly Oubre, Billy Woodz, and Ryan Coogler.
Q: That’s a very surprising lineup for outside influences what do they teach you about your own artistry?
A: Watching someone like Michael B. Jordan reminds me that identity is a full‑body commitment — the way you train, the way you show up, the way you carry yourself. Kelly Oubre Jr. shows me that style is a language. Billy Woodz teaches me the value of staying raw and grounded. And Ryan Coogler proves that storytelling can be a universe, not just a moment. Together, they push me to treat my art like a legacy, not a hobby.
Q: What’s a moment you almost quit and what pulled you back?
A: Only one? I been on that road on so many different occasions but I'll give you a most recent my grandmother passed in 2024 and it put me in a space that had me down for a very long time but what pulled me back in was literally my family who see my vision my artist aka label mates they tell me every day if it wasn’t for you willing to take a chance on me my voice would never have been heard. So, I just had to understand my being in a funk doesn’t just affect me its effects other around me plus if my grandma knew I quit my business lord only knows lmao
Q: What’s the moment that changed the way you see yourself?
A: I was at a Tobi Lou concert in October at The Fonda Theater and he mid set he explained a little bit of his journey and how some people won’t believe in your vision and that’s ok as long as you do and about how to just keep going no matter what he looked directly at me at this moment and it just hit me like it’s time to get it together.
Q: You speak on Tobi Lou a lot can we say he’s your fav artist?
A: I mean if you know you know lol, he really did shape my career like our styles yes are different in my opinion, but dude is my idol.
Q: What’s the fear you had to outgrow to become who you are now?
A: Oh, that’s simple Stage Fright
Q: Getting back into CEO mode what’s something you would want to tell your artists that you feel they don’t hear enough?
A: Thank You. Truly thank you for trusting me and the process of taking you to the level you want to reach.
Q: How do you push through creative blocks?
A: I would literally take a vacation or a road trip and just go get inspired, or i can’t count the number of times ive message Masen like bro got any new songs coming out i can listen to before the public just to hear something to spark my mind.
Q: When did you feel like you made it?
A: Well, I haven’t made it to the level I want per se, but I will say my first foot in the door moment was my mother and father called me separately I made our local news hub My song Medusa was blogged about, and people were telling my mom like isn’t that your son? She’s like omg yes and proceeds to go tell everyone in our family who ain’t know even coworkers super proud moment, My farther mind you always said oh this music it’s a hobby etc. etc. to him fun and games until that blog came out he called reciting the lyrics with right words but in the wrong order but it was so funny i was crying laughing but this when I knew I was going in the right direction.
Q: How are you in the office with your staff and artists?
A: See I don’t like to be seen as a boss I’m more of a Leader because a boss is going to demand your respect, I'm here to earn it. A boss is going to intimidate, show indifference, resist change, shift blame, and set rules. But me, I’m here to inspire, show empathy, listen, adapt, and set the example.
Q: What’s coming next - and what are you leaving behind?
A: I will be dropping so much more music this year plenty of visuals I'm currently working on a showcase for independent artists. I’m leaving behind a shell of myself that sheltered himself through a tough time I feel like now when I have these unfortunate events, I know my support system will be there ready.

THE SYSTEMS THAT HOLD THE WORLD
THE SYSTEM IS THE SPINE. THE SYSTEM IS THE SIGNAL.
AllDaWayy100 was never meant to be chaos dressed as creativity. It was built to function — to move — to scale — to protect the work and the people who make it. Every world needs an architecture. Every vision needs a structure strong enough to carry it.
This is ours.
I. THE OPERATING PRINCIPLE
ADW100 moves on clarity. Every decision, every release, every artifact is guided by a single question:
Does this serve the world we’re building?
If the answer is no, it doesn’t enter the system. If the answer is yes, it becomes part of the archive.
This principle keeps the universe clean, intentional, and aligned.
II. THE CREATIVE ENGINE
The studio runs on a loop of:
Ideation — the spark
Iteration — the refinement
Execution — the delivery
Documentation — the archive
Nothing is rushed. Nothing is random. Every project is treated like a timestamp — a moment sealed into the world’s history.
This engine ensures that creativity isn’t just expression — it’s infrastructure.
III. THE ENERGY PROTOCOL
ADW100 protects its energy like a resource.
No forced collaborations
No chaotic environments
No ego‑driven decisions
No rushed timelines
No unnecessary noise
The system prioritizes emotional intelligence, clarity, and sustainable momentum. The work thrives because the people do.
IV. THE COMMUNICATION GRID
Inside the label, communication is:
direct
respectful
documented
intentional
Every message has a purpose. Every update has a place. Every decision has a record.
This grid keeps the world organized and prevents confusion from becoming culture.
V. THE RELEASE FRAMEWORK
Every release — big or small — follows a structure:
Concept
Visual Identity
Editorial Language
Rollout Strategy
Artifact
Archive Entry
This framework ensures that every drop feels like a chapter, not a post. A world, not a moment.
VI. THE WORLD LOGIC
ADW100 operates like a universe, not a company.
Symbols matter
Rituals matter
Aesthetic consistency matters
Narrative continuity matters
Emotional truth matters
The system is designed to make the world feel alive — not manufactured.
VII. THE FUTURE STRUCTURE
This is only the first version of the system. As the world expands, the architecture expands with it:
new artists
new stories
new artifacts
new eras
new frequencies
The system is built to evolve — but never to break.
CLOSING LINE
This is the architecture beneath the art. This is the system that holds the world.

THE ONES WHO CARRY THE SIGNAL
THE WORLD IS BUILT BY MANY, BUT MOVED BY FEW.
Every universe has its architects, its operators, its protectors — the ones who step forward when the world needs structure, clarity, and momentum. AllDaWayy100 is powered by a small, disciplined collective aligned under one vision, one mission, one signal.
This is the roster. This is the first generation of ADW100.
I. TREVON TURNER — THE GENERAL MANAGER
The stabilizer. The one who keeps the world aligned, organized, and moving with intention. Trevon is the operational spine of ADW100 — the bridge between vision and execution. He manages the calendar, the releases, the flow of communication, and the day‑to‑day rhythm of the label. When the world needs order, he brings clarity. When the world needs momentum, he brings structure.
He is the system’s anchor.
II. ALIYAH — THE RELEASE COORDINATOR
The connector. The one who ensures every release moves through the pipeline with precision. Aliyah tracks assets, updates statuses, communicates with artists, and prepares each project for its final ascent. She is the pulse of the release cycle — the one who keeps the world informed, aligned, and ready.
Her work turns ideas into deliverables. Her discipline turns chaos into clarity.
She is the system’s heartbeat.
III. JONATHAN — Back-End operations analyst
The quiet architect of the backend. Jonathan works behind the scenes, handling the internal systems that keep ADW100 organized and moving. His role is focused on structure, research, documentation, and operational support — the invisible work that strengthens the foundation without interfering with the creative flow.
He is the system’s silent infrastructure
01ΔFIRSTWAVE100
THE ARTISTS
ADONIS FAISON — THE ARCHITECT
The visionary. The HipHop Serenader. The one who built the world from the inside out.
$HYGUY — THE SHADOW/OBSEVROR FREQUENCY
A voice carved from grit and gravity. $hyGuy brings a raw, unfiltered energy — the kind that cuts through noise and lands heavy. His presence is felt before it’s heard.
EVA MARIAH — THE SIREN
A melodic force with precision and emotional clarity. Eva moves between softness and power effortlessly, carrying a tone that feels both intimate and cinematic.
JUB — THE WILDCARD
Unpredictable in the best way. Jub bends genre, tone, and expectation — a creator who thrives in the space between structure and chaos.
PROPHI$EE — THE VISION SPEAKER
A storyteller with prophetic weight. His lyrics feel like warnings, memories, and blueprints all at once — a voice built for world‑building.
SADBOYDEX — THE EMOTIONAL ENGINE
Dex brings vulnerability with impact. Thier sound is atmospheric, heavy, and honest — the emotional undercurrent of the roster.
SBE MAL — THE FIRESTARTER
A spark in human form. Mal brings energy, aggression, and momentum — the kind of presence that shifts the temperature of a room.
S1U5H — THE SONIC SCULPTOR
A creator who treats sound like clay. S1u5h shapes textures, moods, and frequencies with precision — a quiet force with a loud impact.
BLINK — THE GHOST IN THE SYSTEM
Minimal, sharp, and intentional. Blink moves in silence but delivers with force — a presence that feels coded, elusive, and essential.
PMC GrimReaper — Carrier of the Runner Frequency
The Kid Who Moves the Signal. The One Who Delivers What Others Can’t Hold.
THE CODE THEY MOVE BY
Clarity over chaos
Intention over impulse
Discipline over noise
Truth over trend
World‑building over moment‑building
This is not just a roster. This is a system. A culture. A world.
CLOSING LINE
“The world stands because they hold the line.”
THE FINAL TRANSMISSION
The signal has spoken. The first wave is complete.
What began as a whisper became a frequency. What became a frequency became a movement. What became a movement became a map.
You have reached the end of the first transmission. Every page before this one was a fragment of the tower — a piece of the system, a pulse in the dark.
This is where the noise falls away. This is where the light cuts out. This is where the next frequency waits.
Archive this issue. Seal the channel. Prepare for the second wave.
